This delicious recipe is quick and easy to make and is one our all time favorites. Start with a pound of fresh asparagus, the larger the the better. Cut off the funky ends that no one eats, then place them on foil or a baking sheet if you plan on making a bunch.
Melt 3 TBSP of butter mixed with about 1 teaspoon of your favorite Blue Flame mix, about 1 minute in a microwave works well.
Coat the asparagus with the melted butter and grinder mixture with a BBQ brush. Make sure the pepper mix is settled into the asparagus tops.
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, or until the pepper mix looks crunchy on the asparagus tops. Let them cool for a while, bite them little heads off, and thank me later!
